Items returned by the customer must be new, unworn, unused or having been subject to any use whatsoever. Items must be returned in sturdy, protective packaging along with a copy of the invoice and original warranty received upon purchase.

If the item is returned in non-protective packaging and it is damaged, 24KICE will not issue a refund.

Failure to comply with these return conditions, the package will be returned to the customer at his expense and will not result in any refund.

Upon receipt of the return of the order, the seller will issue a refund, excluding the initial shipping costs (within 15 days).

7) GUARANTEES
